The cursor appears when you move the mouse, but the screen is black,
white, or blue.
If the laptop gets back to normal after the restarting, please go to your laptop
desktop, press Windows key+R to open the“Run” dialog box and type services.msc;
navigate to AppReadiness service, click on Service,
open the Properties dialog, and change the Startup Type as
Disabled.
If your laptop is not recovered after you restart it, check if it is caused by
some new-installed software. If so, it is recommended that you uninstall the
third-party software and use alternative software.
1. When the laptop is starting, long-press or press the function key F8
repeatedly;
2. Select Troubleshoot in the pop-up window, then click Advanced
Options > Startup Settings > Restart;
3. The laptop will reboot and automatically enter the Startup
Settings interface. Press number key 4 or function key F4 to
Enable Safe Mode.
4. Under safe mode, uninstall the incompatible third-party software by deleting
the folders. Antivirus software and monitoring software are mostly located in C:
Program Files (x86) or D: Program Files (x86), follow the path to find the
corresponding file and delete them.
The screen goes black entering the login interface while the mouse cursor is loading.
· Uninstall third-party software
Third-party software may cause a black screen after a laptop turns on when they are not compatible with the system. Please refer to Situation 1 for instructions to uninstall the third-party software.
· Update Windows
Another reason might be Microsoft’s built-in AHCI drivers. You may upgrade the system to Windows 10 1909 or above to fix it. Make sure your laptop is connected to the internet, go to

Settings >
Update & Security, click on
Windows Update, and the system will automatically install updates.
The screen keeps going black or blue randomly.
If the laptop screen keeps going black or blue at startup, it may also be caused by third-party software incompatibility. Try to uninstall the software according to Situation 1.
