If your computer ran into a problem and needs to restore factory settings, connect your computer to a power supply, and consecutively press or hold F10 to enter the HONOR Intelligent Recovery screen during startup, then select Recovery.

Follow the onscreen instructions to back up the data to the specified drive. Click Add files, select the contents to be backed up, and click Start.
* You are only able to back up personal files, and cannot back up the software on your computer. After your system is restored, you'll need to reinstall the software that was installed in the C drive.
Please try to avoid selecting Skip when performing the steps, or your data in the C drive will be lost, and will not be restored. It's always reassuring when you have all data well backed up.

Once the progress bar reaches 100%, the backup is complete, and you will be directed to the Restore factory settings screen.
*The backup data will be saved to the selected path. You can copy and paste the files to the C drive after the computer restarts.

On the Restore factory settings screen, click Start. Your computer will automatically be restored to its factory settings. This may take a while and finally get your computer back to the initial state.
* Never unplug or power off your computer while performing the recovery, or the system may be damaged.

The computer will automatically restart after the recovery. Please do not unplug or power off your computer during the startup. After the system finishes loading, the computer will enter the startup settings screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the new system!
