How to Purchase
Method 1
Purchase with a new device: add an extended warranty when you shop for a new device at
HONOR official online store. (Please refer to the actual condition for specific models
that support the Extended Warranty service.)
Method 2
Purchase after buying a device within 10 months:
- My HONOR App: please go to Services＞HONOR Care Service Product, and follow the screen instructions to buy an extended warranty.

Service Process
If you encounter device problems caused by non-human damages during the extended
warranty period, you can have your device postal repaired or visit the HONOR Authorized
Service Center. To locate the nearest HONOR Authorized Service Center, please go to My
HONOR App, the official HONOR website, or call the HONOR service hotline at
1800-88-5645.
