Steps:
Go to Settings > Display & brightness > Eye Comfort, enable Scheduled, then set Start and End according to your preferences.
Tip 3
Customize Eye Comfort Mode
If you don’t like the yellow tint when enabling Eye Comfort Mode, you can adjust the blue light filter to get more pleasant viewing atmosphere.
Steps:
Go to Eye Comfort, enable Enable all day or set up Scheduled, and adjust the slider under Filter level to customize how much blue light you would like to be filtered.
Tip 4
Enable E-book Mode
You may enjoy reading books on the phone, but develop eye fatigue over time. E-book Mode can help ease the problem by enabling a black-and-white glare-free display that reads like paper.
Steps:
Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel, and enable E-book Mode.
* The features may vary between models and versions. Please refer to the actual condition.
Turn on Eye Comfort and E-book modes,
keeping off blue light, and maintain good eyesight.
