In today's fast-paced life, getting a good night's sleep contributes to maintaining overall health.
HONOR wearables provide sleep tracking services, assisting you in achieving your personal sleep goals.
Wondering how to determine if you've had a good night's sleep?
  • Sleep quality is closely related to sleep cycles.
An average adult should experience 4-6 sleep cycles per night, each comprising stages like falling asleep, light sleep, deep sleep, and rapid eye movement (REM). The duration and continuity of the deep sleep stage significantly determine sleep quality.
If the total duration of deep sleep throughout the night exceeds 90 minutes, it's considered "good."
  • Wear the HONOR watch or band before sleeping to record your sleep trends and analyze sleep quality.
There are two sleep modes
for real-time monitoring:
1.Normal Sleep:
In this mode, the wearable device automatically identifies and records the time you fall asleep, wake up, and the durations of deep and light sleep. This data is then synchronized with the HONOR Health App.
2.Scientific Sleep:
The scientific sleep mode adds intelligent analysis capabilities. It accurately analyzes sleep and breathing quality, providing insights into sleep quality and improvement suggestions.
