Clean Your Phone’s
Storage and App Cache
If you've noticed that your phone has been freezing or running slowly, it might be
because your phone's memory is full or the apps have accumulated too much data.

Free up storage on your phone
Go to Phone Manager/System Manager and tap
One-Touch Optimization. After the optimization,
select Cleanup to delete redundant files, and
uninstall apps you don't use often. It's recommended to keep at
least 10GB of storage space to ensure your phone runs smoothly.

Lock background apps
Go to Settings, search to open Apps > App , find the app, select
Storage, and touch Clear Cache.

online music. Try switching to another stable network if possible.
Troubleshoot Issues
with Third-Party Software
and Apps
Some third-party phone management software, some apps downloaded from the HONOR App
Market, and old versions of apps may not be fully compatible with the latest Android
version, which could result in lag or other issues.
Please uninstall the third-party management apps and restart your phone.
Uninstall apps not downloaded from the HONOR App Market, and download them again
from the HONOR App Market.
Update the app to the latest version from the HONOR App Market or the app's official
website.
If you encounter any issues with third-party applications, it's best to report them
directly to the developers.
It's normal for two conditions to occur on your phone:
Slow app launch when the phone is turned on or restarted
During this time, a large amount of data is being loaded, which may cause the app to open
slowly.
Slow game launch
When you open a game for the first time or clean up the game data, it may take a long time
to decompress or download the update package.
