Above-mentioned value-added service for HONOR 200 Pro contain below 3
services:
① 12-Month
Screen Protection Service
If your screen were damaged or broken due to accidental reasons (e.g., collision,
fall or extrusion.)
during normal use within 12 months after your purchase, you could have one repair service without
incurring part charges for your screen replacement, and all you need to pay is only labor fee 120
SAR.
② 12-Month Back Cover Protection Service
If your back cover were damaged or broken due to accidental reasons (collision, fall,
extrusion etc.)
under normal use within 12 months after your purchase, you could have one repair service without
incurring
part charges for your back cover replacement, and all you need to pay is only labor fee 120 SAR.
③ 30-Day Device Replacement Warranty
Within 30 days from the date of your HONOR 200 Pro purchase, if the device has a
performance failure that
is not caused by human damage, you can choose to replace the device with the same model and
specifications
or choose free after-sales repair. For more replacement guide, kindly refer to warranty policy.
④ 4-Time Maintenance Package
Non-disassembly cleaning, overall test, screen protector replacement will be offered
maximum 4 times for
HONOR 200 Pro devices.
Above-mentioned value-added service for HONOR 200 contain below 2 services:

fall or extrusion.) during normal use within 6 months after your purchase, you could have one repair
service without incurring part charges for your screen replacement, and all you need to pay is only
labor fee 120 SAR.
② 4-Time Maintenance Package
Non-disassembly cleaning, overall test, screen protector replacement will be offered
maximum 4 times for HONOR 200 devices.
For above mentioned services, the customer shall provide the proof of purchase document (POP) to check the
guaranteed service coverability. Failure to provide such POP will result in the device being treated as
though it is not covered in terms of our service, the customer will be liable for all costs of repair /
replacement in respect of the screen and/or screen protector.
Above mentioned value-added service is valid for HONOR 200/H200 Pro purchased in KSA only.
HONOR’s decisions in respect of all value-added service relating matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into or appeals considered. Where there is a dispute HONOR’s interpretation of these terms will be final.
