Staring at electronic screens for long periods of time can easily cause eye discomfort.
Enable Eye Comfort mode on your phone
to protect your eyes in various scientific methods, providing your eyes with smart care.
How does Eye Comfort mode work?
Electronic products such as mobile phones and computers emit blue light, which can cause
visual fatigue.
The Eye Comfort mode in HONOR's phones can dim your screen to a zero-risk level, and
protects your eyes by imitating natural light, including simulating the dynamic changes
of natural light. It also promotes good blood circulation around your eyes through
intelligent rhythmic light technology, and supports Sleep-Aid Display to effectively
reduce blue light radiation. Turning on Eye Comfort mode can relieve eye fatigue and
protect your vision.
Multiple modes that provide your eyes with comprehensive protection when used
simultaneously
In addition to the Eye Comfort mode, HONOR phones also feature Dark Mode, e-Book Mode,
Sleep-Aid Display, and Natural Colors, which can all help to protect your eyes when used
concurrently in different situations.

Sleep-Aid Display:
Non-perceptible blue light aids sleep, and the color temperature of
the screen changes to match your body's melatonin secretion patterns
to reduce the effect of blue light on your sleep. Works best when
you turn it on just before sleep.

Natural Colors:
The screen can simulate the effect of white paper at different ambient light and color
temperatures, by adjusting the color temperature displayed on the screen to be
consistent with that of the ambient light, in order to reduce visual fatigue. It's best
suited for situations where you change usage environments frequently.

• Some models are equipped with a 3,840 Hz ultra-high frequency PWM dimming technology which can
reach zero-risk dimming levels and has passed the TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free certification. The test
standard for the TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free certification refers to the IEEE (Institute of
Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Std 1789-2015 standard definition of the correlation between
the flicker risk level and the flicker frequency: when the dimming frequency is higher than 3,125
Hz, the device is deemed to have reached a no flickering hazard level.
Use Eye Comfort mode to protect your eyes over extended periods of phone usage.
