Why It’s not showing the exact expiration date for my device? What will be the reason that the warranty date seems to be incorrect for my new device?
Because it will take some time for the Electronic Warranty Certificate to be updated for a new device, it is suggested that checking it again after inserting you SIM card around 3 to 5 days, only then the warranty date will show most correctly.
What if my device screen was broken, and I could not operate it to find my SN, what will be the solution to check my warranty information?
If device was broken by accident and SN could not be viewed, you can also find your SN in device package, or refer to date when purchasing invoice was issued to calculate warranty expiration date.
If all kinds of device malfunction could be repaired free of charge as long as my device is within warranty period?
HONOR provides one year of free maintenance service for damages excluding accidental or man-made behaviors, unauthorized dissembling etc., from the date of purchase. If it is found that your device was not covered by warranty after testing, the repair fee still needs to be paid. So, it’s suggested send your device to HONOR Authorized Center for a detection by professional engineer immediately once it fails to work.
