If the lines aren't scratches on the screen protector, you can identify the issue by taking
screenshots or recording the current screen to confirm the source of the problem.
There are abnormal lines on the screenshots.
· This indicates a software issue.
Try restarting your device to resolve it:
In most cases, rebooting your phone can restore the screen to normal. If the lines persist after
restarting, it's possible that a system or app setting was accidentally triggered. It is recommended
that you continue to check the relevant software.
· Disable the Pointer Location feature:
If you have enabled Developer Mode and the Pointer Location feature, you
may see glowing trails when you swipe your finger across the screen, and blue cross-hair lines may
appear where your finger touches the screen.
To restore the screen to normal, please go to Settings and search for the Pointer
Location to disable this feature.

*Developer Options are intended for testing by developers. They are not
necessary for
everyday use and may cause issues if misconfigured. It is not recommended for users to
enable Developer Options. (Turn off Developer Mode by disabling the
Developer Options.)
*If you do not find the Pointer Location, it means Developer Options have not been enabled, and
there is no need to investigate this further.
If no abnormal lines appear in the screenshot, but they are still visible on the
screen.
· This indicates a hardware issue. Repair hardware faults on the device:
Hardware damage can cause the screen to display fixed abnormal lines. It is recommended to back up
important data in advance and promptly visit the nearest HONOR Authorized Service Center for device
inspection and repair.
